One bedroom has a queen size bed with its own bathroom with shower. The middle bedroom has two twin beds (trundle) with a full bathroom with tub down the hall. The master bedroom has a king size bed with its own bathroom with tub/shower. We recently updated our kitchen with stainless appliances including gas range/oven, double door refrigerator and dishwasher. Also have microwave. Outside is a natural gas stainless grill. Each bedroom has a tv. Living room has flat screen tv and fireplace. We have an upper deck outside from which one can see a glimpse of the ocean. If you step out our front door and turn right it only take 3 minutes to walk to the beach. To the left a 5 minute walk takes you to the intracoastal waterway with the draw bridge and views of dolphins, pelicans and boat traffic. Around the corner and 2 short blocks takes you to Flagler Avenue...our town's beachside main street which stretches between the river and the ocean - a multitude of restaurants from The Breakers right on the ocean where you'll get the best burger ever and a brew..to the Riverside Grille which is more upscale on the river. Many boutique shops, art studios and restaurants/bars in between. It's a super, funky place that's totally laid back. We've retired here from Orlando and love it. One hour drive to Orlando, 1 1/2 hours to Disney, 1 1/2 hours to Jacksonville. Two blocks south is our little town's "main street" with a dozen restaurants plus numerous boutique shops. Great walking and biking. New Smyrna Beach is very artsy, always something happening on "the avenue".
