Inner city comfortable family home, 20 mins by car & 30 mins by public transport to the heart of Sydney and our beautiful Harbour and Opera House. Our home has 3 bedrooms, with the fourth set up as an office with a Macintosh computer and cable internet connection. The internal laundry also serves as a second bathroom, comprising a shower, bath and toilet, as well as a second refrigerator. Our suburb is surrounded by numerous restaurants, cafes, and public parks. A 5 min walk gets you to buses which take you directly downtown, or a 15 min walk will get you to trains. By car, we are only a 40 min drive to Bondi or most of Sydney's beautiful beaches and Harbour foreshores. A 5 min drive will take you to the Sydney Light Rail, with drop offs directly to such venues as the Sydney Fish Markets, Paddy's Markets, Chinatown, the Sydney Entertainment Centre, Capitol Theatre, the Powerhouse Museum, and the Sydney Aquarium at Darling Harbour.

Our home is situated in Ashbury, which is an inner city suburb of Sydney. We are very close to numerous amazing restaurants, cafes and cinemas. 10 mins by bus or car takes you to Newtown, a cultural hub near the University of Sydney, overflowing with restaurants, clothes stores, arts and crafts shops and bookstores. Although we are in a suburban area close to parks, we are still only a reasonably short drive to beautiful beaches and bays. A 45 min drive south will get you to the Royal National Park; a treasure trove of natural beauty, windswept beaches and amazing native vegetation, where you can experience hiking in the Australian bush, as well as encountering some local wildlife!
