Bedroom 1: new queen Tempurpedic mattress. Deluxe queen sofabed in living room. Nursery: full size Aerobed; toddler bed; crib. Bedroom 3: twin beds. Eat-in kitchen (also rare in NYC). Belgian linen sheets and fluffy duvets await you in the bedrooms.....

Our first night was spend marvelling at your fantastic view while we ate deli sandwiches from your dining/sunroom! Your location couldn't be better. We loved walking everywhere from your home. It was so nice to enter the "peace" of Chelsea after a busy day. We could actually feel the calmness settle over us as we arrived closer to "home" after our always busy days. Lying in bed looking at the changing colours of the Empire State building each night was magical. We couldn't bear to close the curtains! [The cats] Nilla and Toffee were fun to have around. You couldn't have made it easier to care for them!

Free cutting-edge art galleries, parks, playgrounds, miles of waterfront park & 1800's architecture. 15 minute walk to Times Square's Broadway Theaters or cute Greenwich Village. Chelsea has safe streets and plentiful public transit. 10 min walk to Empire State bldg or Penn Station, (train station for Amtrak, JFK/Newark Airport, commuter trains). Fabulous Whole Foods natural grocery 1 block away. Building surrounded by parks, gardens & 3 private playgrounds renovated last year. I saw a nesting pair of cardinals this Spring, and we have mourning doves, robins and bluebirds right outside the door. We are the only spot in midtown with this kind of green, natural oasis.
