Bright Sunny Villa with beautiful gardens
Bright, sunny, newly constructed cement/stucco home. Flat screen TV's in all rooms, lovely gardens, garage, bikes, and golf cart included. Kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook, but there are 92 restaurants in our community alone. You will find the house very comfortable, but probably won't be in it much with all there is to do here. If you love being outdoors, this is the place for you.n.a.

The Villages is a one of a kind place which you really must see to believe. Your visit includes a guest pass which gets you into exercise, yoga, and zumba classes, golf, and any of 62 pools. We are primarily a golf community and have over 40 golf courses to choose from right in the Villages. Most of our community is golf cart accessible....there are more than 80 miles of multi-modal paths which can be used for walking, jogging, biking, or golf carts. The landscaping is beautiful, and the atmosphere very charming. We have three town squares which offer entertainment and dancing every night of the year!
